How are they still operating?

As per usual, they managed to deliver my package containing over ?400 with of items to the completely wrong place resulting in it being stolen in the 15 minutes it took me to access the wrong building and begin searching the 4 floors (The proof of postage was just a photo of the parcels on some carpet, providing no help on the location).Customer service is non existent, it's impossible to talk to an actual human and they often don't bother replying to any message you ask one of the many chat bots to pass on. I've only ever had success by emailing the various CEOs.I don't just avoid this company, I avoid companies that for some unknown reason use them to deliver parcels.
