Placed and paid for order. Had to chase up over a week later only to be told the tracking number wasn't valid and will be sent. Then told they didn't have the order in stock so I asked for refunded which was processed quickly. Just dissappointed I wasnt informed earlier and missed out on using the item when I really wanted it for my holiday. Andy at customer service was helpful.
