Review of Fitstraps
I paid for 2 straps on 6 March. No goods have been received. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions via email, messenger and phone (strangely just a mobile number that a guy answered and when he realised I wanted Fitstraps just kept saying '???hello'??). I have not received any response.I called my bank re the transaction and they informed me the company had registered my payment as a reoccurring monthly payment. Be careful folks and check your bank! The bank has raised a dispute on my behalf but this can easily be done on your banking app by clicking on the specific transaction and the help button beneath it.
