Review of Guestreservations
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE:Recently made a booking and was booked twice, hotel cannot cancel the second booking told me to contact guest reservations directly. The email I have from guest reservations, does not have a booking reference. The booking reference the hotel has given me does not start with R or 7 so when I ring Guest Reservation automated phone number it will not process the cancellation for me. I have emailed guestreservations.com and my email is getting a delivery error. It appears that Guest Reservations are double booking, taking their booking fee twice and making it impossible to cancel reservation. I will be happy to change my review if this is not the case, but as it stands right now I have none of the advertised contact methods to cancel the booking are working.Mark O'C
