I had multi-focal lens replacement Southampton. I can see so that is a great start. The eye surgeon spoke very few words and didna€™t have the greatest professional manner and the optometrist talked at me not letting me say anything. One of the nurses let me walk out with blood on my face and my partner saw it and spoke to reception about it. A nurse also just let me walk down the stairs without much guidance whilst I had one eye that I couldna€™t see out of and the other was blurry.Shout out to Sandra, the initial eye drop nurse, the practice manager and the person that took my feedback. Thank you your professionalism and niceness. I know that I was one of many patients that day, but my eyes are precious to me and I paid a lot for the service.My advice shop around and go to place where you feel you will get the best service - you are paying for it so you deserve to be treated well.
