Disgusting customer service - travelled to Lytham, only to walk to entrance and find event was cancelledabsolutely zero communication from Ticketmaster! Got soaked, spent a lot of money, only to get turned away due to adverse weather. I appreciate nobody can do anything about the weather, but communicate it for goodness sake!
