Review of Vivint
I regret choosing Vivint for my home security. The sales process felt pushy, and once I signed the contract, the service and support went downhill fast. The equipment has been unreliable, and I’ve experienced multiple false alarms and connection issues. I want them to come get their equipment. Customer service has been frustrating — long wait times, inconsistent answers, and little accountability. Trying to cancel or make changes to the contract has been an even bigger hassle, with hidden fees and inflexible terms.For a company that promotes peace of mind, Vivint has caused more stress than security. I would not recommend them to others.
