Very difficult for non-tech pensioners

Very difficult for non-tech pensioners to navigate the app. Staff at Copeland Swimming pool were very helpful but the whole system is long-winded. My neighbour asked for a membership card and was told they are not issued and everything is done through the app. Swimming opportunities very limited. Will be cancelling our memberships.
