Review of Onepark
We had a booking for one car in one park Lille. We have arrived to the park at 8:35/8:40 we were looking for an empty space and we did not find, at 8:43 we called to the number to ask for an empty space he said that we had to go to the reception hotel. Once there the manager had to remove her car and we could park in her spot, that took us a lot of time to try to fit the car in it because one car was also parked on the way (blocking space) so was difficult to turn the car. Because of that we missed our train that departed at 9:12 and we arrived to the train station at 9:19. So we had to get 2 new tickets.We are really disappointed because we can not understand why one park can sell more parking spots that they have.In every floor was an extra car parked blocking space for mobility. This bad management has made us lose time during our stay in Paris(because we were travelling to Paris from Lille) and money.I hope at least they can refund us the money of the tickets we had to pay because of their bad organisation.From customer service they only want to refund the money from the parking, but that is not what we are asking for. We are asking for the refund of the 2 new train tickets that we had to buy because of their mess. If only from the beginning was a spot to park our car we wouldn’t miss our train.
