Review of Comfrt
I was excited to order a set of a tranquil short, sweatshirt, and hoodie for my daughter. However, this experience quickly turned into a nightmare. I placed an order on 2/15 at 9 PM and noticed that an additional "bundle" was accidentally ordered. I emailed the company on the same day at 10:45 PM, informing them that I only wanted one set, not three sets of one small short, medium hoodie, and small joggers. They responded that they could not modify the order and advised me to cancel and re-order. Since it was for my daughter's birthday, I emailed them back requesting to cancel and place a new order.They shipped my latest order but kept my money for both orders while only shipping one. I have been reaching out to them via email since there is no customer service phone number. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
