Review of Onepark

Tough luck if they give you a wrong location.

The confirmation email contained a link to an incorrect location for the entrance to the carpark so I had to park somewhere else at higher cost. They refused to refund the full amount for the parking. Won't use them again unless I know the location of the parking. To follow on from the reply from Onepark there was a full refund but only after this review was published. The customer service team refused to refund the charges.
