Review of Guestreservations
Terrible. bad! do not use them! They never sent me an email confirmation with a booking number or an invoice or anything. They don’t respond to emails. I booked a refundable room and had to scour the internet to find their contact number which actually works - this took ages. They create an illusion that their website is the actual hotel website that you are trying to book. Terrible company! DO NOT USE !!!
