Review of Comfrt
Please Read before purchasing, let me start off by saying my first purchase went smoothly, Loved my sweat sets so I ordered 4 more sets well... I checked out through Afterpay and didn't notice after checking out that I only received confirmation email from afterpay and not comfrt as well, so I spent almost 200 dollars on an order now here it is over 2 months later no goods received, I've emailed several times they responded once saying they saw I was paid in full but there was a hiccup in system they would find my order and follow up, I sent them the screen shots and emails I had from afterpay of my order, my name email address all the info they asked for, Still no response this has been weeks ago and I've tried responding to the email almost daily now and nothing. company has no phone number to call and talk to anyone directly your just SOL waiting for an email to which you have no power if they will ever respond or if they do they will just tell you oh well look into it and then ignore you yet again.... terrible experience, Never received my order number, tracking info, ship by date, confirmation or anything because the order number that afterpay gave me was an afterpay order number and not a comfrt order number so I'm probably going to be screwed out of my money is what it's looking like, if they ever make it right I will get back to you and change my review but as of now this is my advice do not Order from them and definitely do not use Afterpay.
