Buyer beware, terrible customer service

Took delivery of two straps for Apple ultra. All seemed fine then one strap started to peel on the plastic fitting. I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement. So I thought great that'???s good. But never arrived. They supposedly sent four straps and none ever arrived. I had to keep chasing them. Then out of the blue two cheap Chinese straps not for the Apple ultra turned up in Amazon parcels. Nothing to do with my Amazon account. I contacted them again and they said if I returned them they would refund me. I said only if you send a postage label. Radio silence still them. So buyer beware. They are not a UK company either
