Do not use! They refunded me a hotel but took over an hour talking on the live chatThey credited the amount but every time I go to book a hotel with my credit it tells me I can't book this hotelCustomer service on the live chat is so slow, takes about 10 minutes per answer to come back to you. I would not recommend or ever use again
