What customer service?

I don’t think that I can recall ever having had such a poor experience following making an online order. What started off as a simple and genuine mistake on my part in the ordering process, escalated to being left feeling like my custom was a burden. The issue could have been resolved at an equivalent cost of pennies! The email responses I received have been quite frankly insulting, with no interest to resolve; the way they have left me feeling, please don’t waste your hard earned cash ordering from here; use a company that values their customers.
