Review of Better
This is the first time that I have joined a exercise class of any kind and all of the instructors that I have had contact with have been very good at explaining everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. There is a very good variety of different classes and you are not pushed into doing anything that you are not capable of. It is also very good value for the money.
