Review of Trip
I don't know where to start. I booked a flight with the wrong date. I then had someone on the phone after 10 minutes. He made me pay again for the same flight with the right date. After that no luggage was added. I could afford that too. Then I got another payment that I had to pay. Apparently this was for the flight change. Then spoke to someone from Shanghai. After 30 minutes I hung up. Because I didn't get my money back anyway and they couldn't answer my question when I asked for my money back. I recommend not to book from trip.com. These are the biggest scamming company!!!!!Ik weet niet waar ik moet beginnen. Ik heb een vlucht geboekt met verkeerde datum. Heb daarna iemand aan de lijn gehad na 10 min. Die heeft me weer laten betalen voor dezelfde vlucht met de goed datum. Daarna was er geen bagage erbij gezet. Die kon ik ook betalen. Daarna kreeg ik weer een betaling die ik moest betalen. Blijkbaar was dit voor het omwisselen van de vlucht. Daarna iemand gesproken vanuit shanhai. Na 30 min heb ik maar opgehangen. Want ik kreeg me geld toch niet terug en ze konden mij vraag niet beantwoorden als ik om mijn geld terug vroeg. Ik raad aan om vanuit trip.com niet te boeken. Dit zijn de grootste oplichters bedrijf!!!!!
