Review of Fitstraps
I ordered a mint strap on Black Friday so was given a free one too. However when package arrived it only contained the free one not the mint one and when I contacted you it was discovered that you had sold out of mint one . My granddaughter didn'???t like the colours you had left so I now have to find a mint coloured one. However the person I dealt with was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances and I was given a full refund .
