I regret not having done this procedure

I regret not having done this procedure earlier a€“ the results are fantastic.The only thing Ia€™m not satisfied with is the waiting time on the day of the surgery. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15 PM, but I wasna€™t seen until 7:15 PM. The wait was far too long.It became clear that the clinic had overbooked patients that day. While talking to other patients, we discovered that everyone was given 15-minute time slots, which is unrealistic a€“ each procedure alone takes around 30 minutes, not including the consultation, which takes another 5 minutes or so. It seemed like the clinic was prioritizing quantity over proper scheduling.That said, the procedure itself was painless, and the surgeon along with the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful.Thata€™s why remove one star.
