Terrible customer service, sent faulty strap

Terrible customer service. I ordered two straps one fit fine and that why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. However the other one doesn't work. I have sent them 3 emails using the two emails on their website, i sent the first 10 days ago now, but haven't heard back. I even contacted them on Instagram, but still no response. I can't return it until I get an email from them as that's the only way they allow returns. I will not use them again. They basically stole my money.
