Rude customer service

We received a standard roses in poor state and sent a photo to customer services. They replied asking us to do a bark test. Green is alive and Brown dead. It was brown in two places so we sent test result with photo (twice) and customer services have just completely failed to respond. We wouldn't mind d but how cheeky to ask you to perform a test and they simply ignore you!
