Another failed appointment from British

Another failed appointment from British Gas, I’ve been trying for 5 years to get them to connect my smart meter. They’ve told me because I’ve had so many failed appointments they I am a VIP customer and can sat a date and time of my appointment, but still they fail to turn up. The survey doesn’t allow me to give no stars but that’s all they’re worth.
