Review of Guestreservations

Utter crooks, but Hyatt equally guilty

An utterly dishonest scam. Appearing to be Hyatt's official site a 'special offer' of Baht 3,750, or $115. When I clicked to go to reserve it suddenly showed as Baht 5,900, or $177, I do not mind the money but I will NOT be scammed. Then it referred me to my bank and Visa to confirm if I wanted to authorise payment. I specifically DECLINED and said NO. But it then said payment had already been taken from my account against my express wishes, without my banks authorisation. My room was confirmed and no refund possible. WHY DO HYATT ALLOW A DISHONEST COMPANY TO MARKET FOR THEM? VISA MUST EXPLAIN THEMSELVES TOO.FAR WORSE, I am DISABLED and was given no opportunity to request special needs and the disabled access room I had when I stayed there three nights ago. Utter dishonesty, I will be SCREAMING the house down and banging crutches for all to hear when I arrive tomorrow. Hyatt will not like me. Nor will they ever see my money again.
