I called on a Monday and booked in for a consultation for laser surgery on Friday of the same week. I then received sales calls every day asking the same sales questions and data collecting. After 3 calls I lost confidence in this company and politely said please cancel my appointment as I felt a medical company should not be this pushy..I have now been charged a ?50 for a cancelled appointment. I think this shows how unprofessional and uncaring this company is, they just want to sell. Sell, sell...
