I Hopeless service!

I ordered a strap for my Garmin Instinct 2. 6 days later I received a strap for a Garmin Fenix! The package has a large label saying Fenix. I have complained but the response to customer service is as poor as their ability to properly fulfil orders as I still await any kind of response. Meanwhile I get offers to buy multiple straps at a discount (presumably if you buy enough one might fit?) and self adoration messages where the owner proudly proclaims his achievement in establishing his wonderful business. I don't think so!I would avoid at all costs!
