Review of Onepark
Making the reservation online was easy. Received the confirmation. My problem was that they don't tell you anything about the facility you are going to. We ended up in the wrong basements and in the end gave up, could not enjoy the service and didn't get our money back. The customer service can only be contacted via email, so don't expect responsiveness.
