Review of Fitstraps
Ordered a strap for my Fitbit but the strap did not fit in the least. After contacting the seller to get advice I was told to try again as it was the right strap for the watch. It wasn'???t! The strap kept falling off. I asked to arrange a return and refund. The seller requested photos of the strap, which I emailed, and was then told to send my strap back, when I could expect to be reimbursed as soon as it arrived. Still waiting for a refund a month later, apparently they have not received the strap back! Hilarious!
