From my last review of the fiasco that is VERY and the other fiasco that is YODEL - there is no good news. The irony is VERY have emailed me to say they are glad the complaint has been resolved even though nothing has been resolved! I note that VERY are able to contact me by email but I of course cannot email them. Together with YODEL VERY is without doubt the worst company I have come across. I can now see why they have chosen YODEL as their main delivery company. Neither have any intention of meeting customer expectations; both provide the worst service; neither care at all about customer satisfaction; both rely on the fact that many people use them and as long as they keep a small percentage happy so what if everyone else is miserable. I have spent just under 4 hours on the phone VERY over the last 3 days; stayed at home 26 hours on the remote off chance that YODEL might actually feel like delivering a parcel or making a collection; spoken to numerous 'customer service' personnel none of whom have been able to remedy what really shouldn't be that difficult - collecting dining furniture that I never ordered and that is sitting in a massive box blocking my hallway. They finally decided to use Royal Mail but put the wrong flat number down and didn't ask RM to bring a label. Even asking them to get the right flat number didn't help - inept is a massive understatement. There are no words.
