A few days after I placed my order Andy contacted me to see if I'???d received my order. I hadn'???t, it turned out, as my postman was ill and no one received any post for a few days.Andy kept in touch and offered to send out a new order or a refund. I said I'???d wait a few more days and my order turned up. The quality of the straps was fantastic - just what I'???d hoped for.Andy kept in touch until I was completely happy with my experience with Fitstraps. The customer service was exceptional and I have no hesitation in ordering from them again.Thank you Andy
