To clarify, I absolutely love Comfort products. I have made several orders in different styles and everything is well made and unbelievably comfortable. I am unbelievably disappointed with their customer service. They simply just stop responding to emails, the only way to contact customer service, if they cannot resolve your issue, including simple issues surrounding exchanges/returns or an order that was never delivered/received.

Kendal location "Eddington Lodge" - we've stayed in their guest room twice. It's very clean, well maintained, & makes it super convenient for visiting family residents (plus reasonably priced!) Pamela B - lodge manager - is very accommodating & I recommend it!
