I pre ordered a few sets yesterday and my confirmation email never came! I emailed them today and within 5 minutes someone emailed me back with my confirmation number and the day it would be shipped! The fastest response I have ever received from any company! I am so excited for my new sets to go with the one I already have! They are great for travel and will be perfect in Chicago weather! Their customer service is Top Tier!
