Review of Super.com

Apps

These companies are often misleading, but very good at charging for services not requested.I booked a hotel in Donnington, (Good Service)It was '? ?80 per room on the app. But if three shared a room between '? ?135-145 So a no brainer? The charge to my card through the app was '? ?188.This app also signed me up to a '? ?11.16 per month subscription. For what I have no idea? On top of this Super is an American company and added an exchange rate of '? ?0.31p. It all adds up!Dishonesty is the only way of explaining these charges.(And in this digital age charges have now become a form of exploitation) As with the other negative reviews Beware!)And the company wants me to go through all the hurdles to prove one was overcharged. This is a big issue for all of us in this day and age. Be it any app on the market. Airlines being a classic example. In the end I suggest you skip apps and go direct. These days it is often cheaper as I have now discovered.Apps are not an asset, they are a burden and liability. Unbelievable! What a load of codswallop! If you want to sign a customer up then the invite should be in black & white and LOUD!This is an absolute disgrace and a reflection of the company. As with most of these apps that indulge under this quick money making add on. It is vulger. And hopefully you and your ilk of which there are far to many will be gone. If not for now, but future generations. And as to special offer? Bullshit. The hotel would have accommodated us for far less without the extra financial burden. As stated put apps out of business. For your children's sake. And keep cash alive.
