Manny was a very charming salesman

Manny was a very charming salesman. To catch an elderly person off guard late in the day seems an effective tactic. It worked with me. While I signed on the dotted line for flexibility, it took five separate days for my installation. I do have a big house. To be in people’s homes at all hours of the night, even when they’d prefer to be sleeping is not courteous in my opinion. Manny promised he’d be back to help as often as needed, telling me he was at the neighbor’s house three times, then he left town. I signed that I’d post a sign, but you ran out so my ADT sign remains. Porter was a great tech but twice I had blocked off four-hour blocks to be home then through no fault of his, cancelled at the last minute. I really have a system I do not need right now so feel a bit bitter about the whole experience never mind the monthly cost is not in my budget. Plus I have no local tech to help as needed. Three stars was generous. I feel like I was bamboozledby a charming door-to-door salesman. Bravo for Vivint.
