Overall

Overall, way we like the service and the sense of security it provides. But since we got installed a few weeks ago, we have had ongoing issues with things. Phantom hits where there is no person, no movement. No nothing, but we get hit over and over and over again, seemingly sporadically. Also 2 of our kin cameras go offline for whatever reason. And we have to unplug them and plug them back in, to get them to work. This would present a major issue if we were on a trip or not home. Because we would have no access to the cameras without physically being on-site to unplug them and plug them in.
