After being with very for many years and spent hundreds of pounds with them I recently had the most applauding customer service. Ordered a shark vacuum cleaner that was in the sale and once received it turned out to be not only faulty but the worst shark vacuum I have ever had. I rang them to sort a return and was going to drop at the local pick up. Unfortunately, it was over the maximum size so rang again and asked for a pick up from home. I was given Thursday between 7am - 7pm. Not ideal as work full time but waited all day and nobody came. Rang them again and explained that I can’t afford to waste an entire day again so was promised a 7am - 11am pick up the following Tuesday before I had to go to work. Again nobody came. Rang very again to be told that the pick up was down for between 1pm and 4pm. What good is that? Am at work! I escalated the complaint and was told a manager would be in touch. Again, nothing! Rang again and was told I would get a call today from a manager. At 5pm today I received no phone call, so I called very again to be told the manager is not in today and will now get a call tomorrow! As it stands, I have over ?400 sat on my account having already paid off ?200, for the faulty vacuum that I can’t get returned and a replacement shark vacuum! The only upside is the second Shark vacuum is absolutely brilliant, the downside is Very have totally lost the customer service side and, after I pay off the second vacuum, my business!
