Terrible Service!

Ninja bbq ordered on 14/06/26 and paid extra for a confirmed delivery date of 20/06/26. Having not heard from Very since placing order I have just called to confirm time of delivery on 20/06/26 to be advised that item is out of stock and would instead be delivered on 27/06/26 ‘if in stock’. This has ruined a family BBQ planned for the weekend. I have cancelled the item and will think twice about ordering through Very in the future!
