Ordered digital picture frame and before it got delivered the item was discounted by ?20 i phoned customer services to complain and asking for a voucher or cash back to be told to just send item back but as it was bought as a gift which was being given that weekend I didn't have time to send back and reorder. This has left me ?20 out of pocket but also questioning buying with confidence from Very catalogue in the future
