Accessible ticket exchange

Accessible ticket exchange worked well (after my son damaged his ankle). The automatic system to speak to a person worked fairly well, but you need to tighten up your out of hours service as I was on hold for over 2 hours yesterday (resolved quickly this morning). Richard C was great.
