i booked tickets to watch concert in Cardiff Castle , venue was changed to Blackwier Fields , i wanted to sell tickets , could only resell through Ticketmaster , tickets didn't sell , asked for refund , would not refund , totally disappointed , i bought tickets to go to Cardiff Castle not Blackwier Fields , if venue is changed , there should be something written in your terms and conditions that you can have a refund. I did not attend the event , will think twice about buying parts from Ticketmaster in future
