Gig cancelled

Event was cancelled yet no communication from ticketmaster. Received a message forty minutes before gig was cancelled saying performance times were being brought forward half an hour. Very poor communication, could have saved a journey if I had received a message to say gig was cancelled. Also disappointed to receive a message to review the gig when you know it didn'? ? ?t take place! Also waiting to receive a message about refunding tickets.
