Would give 0 stars if I could. The venue changed which we were notified of but all subsequent emails stated the location was the original venue so I assumed it had been changed back. I then went online so I could double check my travel plans to then realise their emails had been giving me incorrect information. A member of my party struggles to stand for long periods of time which wouldn'? ? ?t have been a problem in the previous venue as we could have taken camping chairs with us, however in the new venue we cannot bring anything of the sort with us. I saw that there were still seated ticket available so joined the live chat to ask. Once I finally got past the AI to an actual person, all they did was inform me that they couldn'? ? ?t change the tickets as it was less than 24 hours before the event. They blatantly didn'? ? ?t believe that the many emails I had received with the wrong venue had actually been sent to me and asked me to send them screenshots of the email to them via email. It took them about 20 mins to send me anything I could reply to, which I did within minutes and now I haven'? ? ?t heard back in the 1h30 since. The event is in 2h30 and I will need to travel to the venue soon. The lack of communication and understanding is disgusting and the lack of willingness to even communicate is abhorrent. I already avoid ticketmaster unless they have a monopoly on an event (which they often do) and from this experience I will now miss out on attending events that I would like to go to because I cannot go through the stress and waste of time that this situation has already caused. And all through their misinformation and lack of willingness to take accountability! Absolutely disgusting.
