Concert was amazing, but I am scoring solely on Ticketmaster's service which was absolutely shocking, and they really need to take a long hard look in the mirror! The double standards with the dynamic pricing, while threating and cancelling tickets for those selling on at a profit was truly awful. Not being able to resell a resale ticket (through the Ticketmaster portal) was also woeful. Finally, not being able to retrospectively buy a souvenir ticket (not that I had the option at time of purchase becuase my tickets were bought via resale), put the nail in the coffin! I don't expect any action to happen from such feedback as Ticketmaster simply don't care about genuine fans!
