The purchase process was very easy, and the subsequent communication was mostly excellent. Regular email reminders were received, including reminders that tickets were issued via the Ticketmaster app. However, despite paying for car parking at the time of booking, no information/voucher/email was sent on how this should be redeemed. Fortunately, the staff at the venue were understanding, but there could have been a very embarassing situation due to the lack of confirmation/voucher being sent.
