Zero communication from Ticketmaster UK on the day regarding cancellation of the Friday event at Lytham Festival. This was my second cancellation out of 2 different event tickets purchased in recent years so I already know that a full refund is never given - The "order processing fees" don't get refunded so I'll be out of pocket again. Not to mention over '? ?200 wasted on hotels, petrol etc. Seriously considering not bothering with going to any future events
