The concert was great, however the parking was a complete nightmare. My friend paid nearly '? ?20 for prebooked parking and noone even asked to see his ticket. Leaving the venue was even worse. We left early to avoid a nightmare getting out of the car park, however we just ended up sitting still for 2 and a half hours without anyone from the venue trying to help people get put of the car park. There should be multiple exits, not just one or even 2, as thousands of cars just sat still in the hope someone would organise and manage this very poor situation. I will never ever park at this venue again. Its by far the worst organised I've ever experienced. Its also put me off travelling to Chelmsford racecourse ever again. Justin timberlake and all other artists were brilliant. Its a shame this poorly managed parking ruined our evening. Ticketmaster booking was easy and good too. If it wasnt for the parking I would've rated the whole thing a lot higher.
