I was playing a game in tapjoy to earn diamonds for a design game i play. I reported the problem and sent screenshots. Of course, automated system im sure because multiple times i had to send same screenshots, the request would just be worded differently. Finally got through all that over a period of a couple days, they say after review, they rewarded me and it should show up in the app in due time...what app? How long? Because in reward status, opening the app, they havent updated anything yet. What does this all mean? That hopefully im either playing muktiple games and not keeping track so ill never notice i dont actualky get the missing rewards? And that ill just take some automated response as gospel, because its not like everyone and thing will lie and steal if you dont pay attention...i mean, come on...we download and play these games, deal with the constant annoying ads..just to then have to wonder if you will receive (ill call it payment since the player is completing a task that was said would give something in return). It does not cost them a penny to follow through on their end. Thats what all those annoying ads are there for. Not to mention, its not tangible...there is no issue of supply and demand...supply is infinite. Anyway, I wish I could find a real hobby or something. But i choose to continue to play...thats on me. I provided multiple screenshots to show I did not receive the missing rewards. This is why I give up. This...all this...is not worth the stress of dealing with people who obviously do not think enough of the company they work for, to be certain problems get resolved. I realize I am probably not even a number ti your company but I do believe your last response to this review that Im providing based mainly on this rediculous experience and you trying to blast me and basically publicly say what Im saying is untrue....I think Im done with tapjoy. I am very understanding to mistakes happening, glitches etc...I am not understanding in the least when someone tries to make me look stupid or like Im lying. I have backed up my issues with detailed screenshots in the attempt to eliminate doubt, questions or misunderstandings. Look how well that worked out. EDITED again. Checked back to see if I would receive response to my response to their's saying they rewarded me my missing rewards. Crickets....if you guys sent my missing rewards, where did you send them? Because I have not received them. Y'all need to get your sh!t together. Im going to find out who to file complaints to so others can be warned. Maybe even try to shut your ponzi scheme down altogether.
