I downloaded your game and rewards were given fine at the beginning. It was a fairly easy game and I was moving along fine. Once I reached a larger reward, level 200, I backed out of the game to the offerwall to check what the next milestone would be and my game was no longer appearing on the top of the offers where I start the game, it was completely gone. I contacted support and after several hours, around 1 am, they ask for screenshots. Mind you the game is no longer showing up. I go the the "reward status" tab in order to enter the game to get the needed screenshot and send them. Hours later I am told I am not eligible for the rewards because I did not meet the requirements and violated terms, neither of which were true. I had been receiving rewards just fine, entering the game from the offerwall, playing on the same device, only to find Tap Joy removed the game and I was being penalized. After once again contacting support to ask exactly how I violated terms and what exactly I had done differently than the previous milestones, I was finally rewarded for the milestone reached and the game has been returned to the top of the list and they abruptly ended the ticket. Thank you for the correction and I hope to have a better experience next time.
