You gave me the credit

You gave me the credit that was required. I do have two comments First, you didn't fix the underlying problem. The connections between the two games was never fixed, so in order to continue receiving the promised credit, I have to keep contacting support.Second, the support software assumes that the customer is required to make a purchase to get credit. You ask a yes/no question, but there is a 3rd option in many cases where no purchase is required.
