I normally have to take sleeping tablets before bed every night and even then i get up in middle of the night and find it hard to get back to sleep.I started to take 2 of the medium gummies before bed and am sleeping withinthe hour with no interruptions during the night. I have only been on these for a couple of weeks but so far have not had to take any sleeping tablets at all. I Really hope the gummies continue to work as I have never felt better in the mornings.
